Assessment of your current health and weight, diet, sleeping patterns circadian rhythm and exposure to blue light.

Assist in goal setting and formulating a clear understanding of your desired outcome.

We make use of whatsapp for daily accountability, updates, questions/answers and coaching.

Once a week you submit measurements and receive feedback on the past week.
